After two duds a CRT score!

Last week I wasted a half tank of gas running around looking at junk CRTs, today I found an excellent 12KP4 (Aluminized Rauland), along with a spare Raytheon chassis that has a high voltage cover I need for my Stewart Warner.

This was from the seller of a set I lost the bid on a few weeks ago.
The buyer only wanted the tubes and knobs from the set so I wrote the seller and asked to buy the chassis.

They told me they would sell the chassis and that they had a 12" tube also.
I offered to test it for them when I picked up the chassis, it checked at the high end of good.
I made a fair offer to buy it and they accepted.

It has a few light scratches on the face but nothing that will be noticeable, I'll probably use it in an Andrea I'm working on that has a bad tube.

A very good day!
