Saw (and passed on) a 16:9 CRT set

There was a Dish Network brand 16:9 "HD" CRT set at the thrift today for $125, it had Composite, Component, DVI and And S video inputs (and regular NTSC I think) so I'm not sure what the max resolution would be on it, 420p or maybe 720?

It didn't have a fine pitch CRT either but it did work, or at least it turned on and had a bright CRT.

I seem to remember Dish offering a HD package deal some years ago that included a TV set.
Wonder who made it?
