Do you mean C14? The negative will go to the chassis. The positive connects to pin 8 of the 5Z4 (5Y3) according to the wiring layout. The negative leads of all of the electrolytic capacitors in this set are connected to the chassis (C13, C14, C31, C32, C33, C36, C37).
