just got a set back from my daughter.it is a ctc187 badged ge 32 inch.i got this from a friend approx.7 years ago.replaced hot and resoldered tuner grounds.sharp picture with an almost black face crt.this set has played continueasly for those 7 years without a flaw.i heard a lot of comments about these being bad sets but i cant complain about this one.original hot was about 5.00 and some labor.i actually bought a replacement high voltage transformer for it.decided to let it run until it fizzles out.so far so good.maybe i have been lucky,but the picture is still sharp and right.
