WARNING: Make sure your antenna connector isn't hot!

I have a couple of bakelite sets made like this. Luckily, I have a couple of isolation transformers that I can use when I work on these(and I know how to handle them).

Also, some TVs, such as the Philco "Seventeener" have hot chassis. These are internal and isolated from the external metal case if assembled correctly. However, always check this. I also use the isolation transformers on the TVs that I work on.
