Picked up another bit of nostalgia.

This set is nostalgic for me because my Dad had (maybe still has?) one just like it back in the early 70's.

When our other RCA set was broken (often) I would sneak in my parents room and watch TV on this.

I think it was built between 1968-70, not really sure yet.

Got this one off eBay for $9.99, $20 with shipping.

After tweaking the horizontal hold control a few turns it works great, it has a really hot tuner that pulls in most of the L.A. stations clear as a bell.
It's a tube set, probably Compactrons with PC board construction.
