1980 Zenith 13" HV issue

I'm not sure of the model number, but the main board is a 9-160-3. This is a clean 13" color set from 1980, one of my better Goodwill finds from a year or two ago. Always a strong performer with a super bright picture. It is often my "go-to" tv when I need to, say, bench test a vcr, or have a tv handy to put into service on a moments notice.

One day last fall I turned it on and it powered up but no raster-no HV, in fact. No crt filament, either. So, I pulled it apart, found the crt socket/neck board a little loose, so I pressed it on further. Tried the set-it worked fine. Fast forward to tonight, I wanted to test a new antenna so I grabbed the Zenith, hooked it all up-same thing, no HV, no filaments. I fiddled with that socket/neckboard, and the plugs associated with it. No luck. Before I go too far, is there a common cause of intermittents on this chassis? I know it saw widespread use in its various configurations. I really don't have any experience with any of the modular Zeniths. Any suggestions appreciated.
