My first thought was the '69 Super Bowl but unfortunately it's only got like the last 1/3 of the sound leader. Then I tried a '64 NBC promo tape and lots of cool stuff but no Peacock. Finally found a 1965 episode of the network run of Get Smart that had it.

Interestingly, I've got a bunch of old network tapes of shows run in color that were recoded at the network in B&W. Wonder why they would do that?? Anyway glad to help out. People on this board have been very helpful to me.
