Tropic thunder

i'm no fan of tom cruise, but he's done some superb work over the years, no matter how you feel about him as a person i.e. Magnolia, and Michael Mann's Collateral come to mind. i thought he was superbly disgusting in Tropic Thunder-and like others here, i too have the i.q. of a piece of paper, cause i laughed me friggin head off from beginning to end. as the film went on, and you began to recognize all the 'hero' films of the last 15-20 years that were getting mercilessly skewered, it just became more and more fun. would i see it again? nah....but for what it was, it was terrific. and Robert Downey? c'mon, that shit was hilarious: "you went full retard? man, thass yo problem man, you went full retard. no one goes full retard!!"
