Emerson 1233 portable with AM radio

This TV is currently being offered on the well known auction site.
It appears to be a 8-inch unit, with a UHF tuner. One interesting
feature is the AM tuning dial on the same axis as the VHF tuner.
Has anyone ever seen a set like this?
