Can you ID this funky Hallicrafters TV?

A visitor to my website asked for help identifying this funk-u-licious Hallicrafters radio/TV/phono combo. I flipped through the Hallicrafters collector book but didn't find a match.

Check out the "stuff" inside the safety glass. Must have been Home Sweet Home to a mouse family!
