The Beltron is the best and also does a better job of rejuvenating the CRT , they sell on ebay for 120 bucks ???? if I am correct . But just for general the B&K model 400 is a great unit , it's self contained in a carring case , and does emmision and short tests and also rejuvenates CRT's , the rejuvenation is course compaired to the Beltron .
But the B&K 400 is common and usually sells for $20.00 or less .
