First Sony Betamax w/TV in console

This weekend at an estate sale I saw what appears to be the first home betamax unit...it has a Sony 19" Trinitron TV and a Betamax unit under a smoked glass lifting top, in a modern styled console cabinet.
They are asking $275 for it (which would be half price on Sun.)
How rare are these? Would I be passing up a chance to get a really historic unit if I don't get it?
