That seller is a tad confused and can be rightly ignored.

Mine has a tag riveted on it saying "Manufactured by" Appleway electronics... The current one, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=300166518672, has no tag, instead a printed "Property Of" Appleway... also the meter covers look unusual. I wonder if it was a demonstration unit.
