I find at least two of these every year on mass pickup day during the month of May. And working too!!
What I find funny is this guy managed to get nearly 200 bucks for a common set. I had one on ebay several times with no bids and even tried to give it away with no luck. Finally, Doug took it for his friend. I guess if you word the ad right (rare!
