Info Needed: Sony KX-1901A RGB Port

I'm trying to use the 34 pin RGB input port on the rear of this monitor.

Unlike its later counterparts, this monitor looks like it needs to have some pins tied high or to ground to configure the mode (analog/digital RGB) and enable/disable overlay.

Looks like I'm going to need the pinouts of the port and the truth table for the mode pins.

All I'm trying to do is drive it with RGB + composite sync from a video game.

Thanks in advance.
