I think that's newer than '64. Is that a Works-in-the-drawer model? Maybe the very early solid state one from '68 or so? They kept those UHF buttons through the 70s. I never saw a 23" tube set with that control panel. Hybrid yes, but not the early one with the all-tube chassis and 23EGP22 in '64.
