Which CRT tester to buy?

Hi Everybody!
I have much to post but a job is bringing way down, so, I apologize to Jamie for taking so very long. I have to find a new 1 bedroom apartment on top of everything.

I must test and possibly rejuve 3 CRT's; a '63 RCA roundie, a '72 CTC 54, and a '68 Motorola solid state. I don't know thier CRT #'s at this time. All are original tubes for each set
I wish I could buy a BK 490 as I suspect it is one of the best but I have a budget. My friend Ed Callahan used to use a BK 467 and he did not like it's performance in rejuv'n as well as his old BK 440. Can someone recommend a couple good ones for me to search for? Is a late model Heathkit a good one?

That's okay! Having to move is awful. I loved B&K rejuvinators and I think we used to use the 467 (is that the one with 3 meters?) Also the CRT tester I sold Doug is Fantastic. It's an RCA but can't remember the model number. Hopefully he'll see this and post. I only like the testers with 3 meters. I can vouch for the 68 Motorola's CRT being fine if it's the one you got from me.

I totally agree, the 467 overall seems to be one of the best out there, some of the testers would simply cook the tube (literally). I always used the clean and balance function first before going to rej. setting

as a footnote after trying various ways to restore a crt, if at all possible lay the crt on it's face so when the crud starts flying it will shear away from the gun assembly.
