Help identify this CRT from my childhood

Greetings,

I've been in the throes of converting my family's Video8 tapes to digital, and in the process found footage of an old knob-style CRT television that I recall watching my favorite PBS shows when I was a very young child (this would have been in the mid 1990s). This was our main television until around 1996 or 1997 when it finally bit the dust and my parents tossed it. It was a hand-me down to them from my mother's grandfather so we never had any manuals for it.

I'd like to try to identify roughly who made it and possibly what year range it would have been. The only good shot I have of it is the attached image. Google images came up with nothing, so am curious if any of you fine folks may be able to. Bonus points if you know the model number.

Thanks.
