It was a Saturn

Glad this car wasn't mine!

The car is still there, after 3 days. I suppose investigators are trying to figure it out. The store was back open for business in one day.
Did you see this:

I wonder if the driver or someone there died. Usually a junk car isn't left in such a situation, or a road isn't fully closed if there aren't fatalities.

A recall from 21 years ago on a model that has nothing to do with the car pictured in the OP?

The vehicle is/was a Saturn Vue. Most likely similar engine layout.
The recall involves tightening a nut on a power steering hose that could leak and drip onto the exhaust manifold and start a fire.
There's a number of them on Copart.Com (auction site) but none of them say burn damage.

That's not a Vue. If anything, it's an Outlook.

OK. Hard to tell being all burned up.
I could tell it was a Saturn because one of the wheel cover inserts survived with the logo.

The recalls for the fire problem is for the Vue.
