Hello everyone, I was watching an old Japanese live action movie (well actually a small portion of it) and in the background of one of the scenes there was an I'm guessing a 1960s vintage console TV that looked like it was one of those Japanese only models like the one Shango066 had featured in one of his videos that kind of looked interesting. I wonder if anyone here might know what make it might of been and if I was kind of close in guessing the age of the TV in the screenshot, is it a color or
B & W model?

Looks a lot like the first Toshiba colors that sears sold in the mid
60's. They came on tall spindly legs Color or B&W ? I am torn.
IIRC the CRT used a big roundy base on a 19" rectangle.
Not a bad set looking back but touchy & low level tube hungry.

I just thought the TV was interesting, because the movie I saw it in, was some sort of older (maybe 80s or 90s) Japanese film of which I have no idea what the title was and it was in about an hour long clip/excerpt from a movie that I'm assuming was probably a total of 2 and a half hours long that the scene that this TV was in the background of was about a quarter of the movie excerpt (it was about 15 or 20 minutes maybe even a half hour long.)
