super -video connection

Doesn't a super-video connection eliminate dot crawl and the need for a comb filter? Thanks for any info.

Yes
But a set with an S connector usually will have one for
off air.
Under 19" they usually dont since the difference his hard
to tell like HDTV.

S video right?

Compared to Composite, S-video is way better, but Component beats it. You will still have some dot crawl on an S-video connection. The picture however will be clearer and sharper.
