I don't think RCA made too many of this type of set. Somewhere I have a photo of a similar TV from 1963, with the stereo-radio control panel set into what would normally be the left speaker grille, looking at the front of the cabinet. The set was designed such that the control panel tilted out, similar to RCA's 1970s color TVs with the tilt-out control center.

Here's another B&W RCA combo that's been floating around the local listings for a while. The CRT is necked though. I don't know if it's any more common than the one the OP mentioned.
