Unhappy Phunky Philco Predicta pots

About a year or so ago I rebuilt a Predicta I found locally. Worked fine for
a while but now ALL of the front panel pots seem to be going intermittent.
Cleaning no longer seems to make much of a difference. They act as if
the carbon is almost completely worn off.

Touchy horiz, vert and contrast. They were never that great to begin
with. Is this to be expected for Predicta's? If so is there a source for
replacements? Yes, I did check & replace those 'IC's' in the V & H
circuits.

Have you checked for DC component on those pots? (Hopefully DC is not part of the signal that's supposed to be there.) Stray DC on audio controls can cause a good pot to sound bad. Might be the same deal here, especially if it's "all at once".
