Smile Talk about Video Karma...

Came back to the shop from supper tonight, and outside the door was a large cardboard box. Upon closer examination the marking was
21YP4 Sticker Rauland (old Zenith company) WMA?? and Railroad shipping of 01-54
Dont know what this means, but at least they brought it here instead of dumping it in the trash. Box is decent shape, Tube looks unused, nice and clean, no scratches. Can't test, as I have managed to burn up every CRT checker i've owned trying to clear shorts from 27" color sets from 1990's Ha!
Next thing to do is to decide what to do with it??
Any Crazy ideas??
Charlie

Lotsa 50's sets used it! It's a 70 degree rectangular tube with electrostatic focus, according to the Sylvania data sheet that nice Frank fellow in Holland posted on the internets. Someone could use it I'm sure!

Yep, sooner or later it will find a home! I've seen them in several Philcos. If you had to, I think you could swap one in to a set that uses the magnetic focus 21ZP4. Guess you would just need to come up with the right focus voltage?
