Need a Sam's for a Zenith - Videokarma.org TV - Video

I reciently got a color Zenith 20X1C38 with vertical problems.
When I went to the library at the local technical college to copy the sam's (908-3) I was disapointed to find that someone before me had robed all but the remote chassis part of the Zenith print from the folder!

Could someone please send me a copy of the sam's for this set?
