Well, before I even get my first porthole running, I found another one! My first one is a 12" 1951 Zenith (as seen here - http://www.videokarma.org/showthread.php?t=250339). My next one is the same model, but the 16" one! I am pretty pumped about it. This one, the owner says, "turns on, and has snow on the screen". So that's a good sign!

I am picking it up Saturday. This one, like the last one, is also a 200 mile trip. What's with all the good stuff being 200 miles away? That's what I get for living in a small town, I guess

I am quickly falling in love with the beauty of these older sets. I can't wait until I can have one of these fixed up enough to use regularly.
