Wood framing and supports, some masonite panels.

That is a decent TV, probably the best B&W console of the era. It was the deluxe B&W 110 degree chassis for '58
and/or '59; 3 IFs, keyed AGC, power transformer, synchroguide horiz, gated sync, etc. It has an outstanding picture.

Note the channel number over the screen and no bulge in the back for the CRT.
