Martha Stewart Anyone?

OK...I know most of you guys are to nail biting tough to be watching Martha Stewart on tv. But on this coming Tuesday the (edit) 15th of May my sister-in-law Lisa will be on the show live. She will be demonstrating how to make paper and paper flowers. A technique that my wife Janice developed over the years. The arrangements are pretty impessive stuff. I'm not the only artist in the family!

Janice took off to New York tonight to help out. She probably won't be on the show. Maybe she'll get a cameo, not sure. Lisa is an accomplished Broadway actress so it's second nature for her to be in front of the camera. She has also done soaps, commercials and had a tiny part in the Oliver Stone movie World Trade Center.

I'm building a quick web site that I'll post the URL once it's done. This all came together in the last couple of days so things have been crazy.

So you flower loving cavemen stay tuned!

Carl

Thanks! Doing work for your own wife and sister-in-law can be the pits! I'm already on the third rendition of the web design.

There on New York time so it's late and they have I guess a rehearsal with Martha tomorrow at 10am so they've finally gone to bed!

phew....time to goof off a bit!

Exclamation

Here's tomorrow's (Tuesday, May 15) show description:

"Today is National Chocolate Chip Day, and actor Greg Grunberg ("Heroes") is here to help celebrate by making world-famous pastry chef and chocolatier Jacque Torres's recipe for chocolate chip cookies. Next, on a recent visit to the show, audience member Lisa Yuen shared with Martha her talent for making paper peonies. Martha invites her as a guest on today's show to share her technique for crafting these beautiful handmade flowers. Plus, learn a simple way to make your ice cream parlor chairs look brand new."

Thumbs up Excellent Show

My wife and I just watched the show. You sister in law did an amazing job of keeping her cool during the technical difficulty. She really cracked me up when she asked Martha to "hook her up" with the person they were talking about and then touched her on the arm. You could tell Martha really liked the flowers a lot. My congrats to her and your wife.

I'm a closet Martha Stewart Fan. I think she's hot. Plus she's the most successful convict in history.
