I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's a limited production factory-made set. Reason is that it has a jewel light, and I've never seen a custom cabinet set with a jewel light. It could be a factory semi-custom order like the blond CT-100s. I've seen some pretty expensive-looking cabinets from furniture makers like Barker Bros, but they usually have metal table model sets in them.
