I remember seeing an article in Radio Electronics on how to build a WST decoder. Never could find the needed board though.
I did see a NABTS demo at the CES in the 80's, and it was a CBS page (or a canned simulation) having caught my eye.
Anyone remember when Panasonic had their component "Profeel" wannabe sets equipped with RGB connector boxes on them for this express purpose.
Video on my parents C band dish sometimes contained the telltale boxes in the VBI.
