Ahh, it, in my opinion, is a film that needs to either grow on you, or appeal to a quirky sense of humor you either harbor, or don't.
I personally couldn't stand Deuce Bigalow or Dodgeball, & Scary Movie was funny, but not stellar.
I'll say Super Troopers wasn't stellar either, but still had some goofball actions/reactions that made it a slightly more refreshing approach to the stale comedy rehash normally offered.
There's lots of superior films out ther, however to any of the above mentioned.
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Young Frankenstein, Kingpin, Run Ronnie Run, Yellowbeard, and many, many more.
