Probably early to mid 80s. Judging by the OSD in the youtube video he has, its a colortrak. My uncle had a similar set that was great until solder joints problems kept any of the functions on the keypad from working. There was also a fault in the standy PS that would turn the TV on and off at random. Could have been a leaky cap or bad solder joints.
But when the set was working right, it did have a great picture for an inline.
