I say go for it! My grandmother had a 1968 remote Maganvox console in service until the early 90s, until it was taken down by a loss of audio beyond my repair skills at the time.
It might not be a Zenith, but at least it's not another CTC-38!
Of course, depends on price. I say plug it in... It's not like it's from the 1940s with all paper caps. When it smokes, or makes foul noises, use that as a bargaining chip to MAKE THEM PAY YOU for removing this death-trap waiting to kill an innocent child.
BTW, I think that style of console is cool as hell. But I suspect I am alone.
