I would say probably ctc-38 or 39 as it has some 7 pin tube sockets...I don't think the CTC-31 used any 7 pin tubes in the chroma circuit and I don't think the ctc-16, 17 etc. did either...it's not for a portable model as these used different sized circuit boards.
