Is that the VHF, or might the VHF be on the Rt side and the one showing is UHF? That tube does look a bit different, but I can't tell for sure. I think my set had a rounder-sided tube than the photo on my service manual looks to be. I wonder if mine was the Chromatron? Seems to me it said nothing about Trinitron on it, even though the manual shows that it does. But mine was so banged up, that the trim piece where TRINITRON should be may have been missing.
