The problem with RatShack cleaner is that there is no telling what is in the can. They buy the cheapest spray they can find from different sources all over the world, and put the same label on it. One time you might actually get a can of something that just about works, the next time you get a can that should have been labeled 'Motorcycle Chain Lube'.
Use what you like. It's your gear, your call.
