The RVB # is just a cabinet number of some kind. All the RCAs have one burnt into the wood near the top on the back. Most seemed to say RVB-274, and I never knew exactly what it represented

not sure what rvb means but 274 is the eia for rca.
that 7139 sounds like a datecode.
