You may need the circuit board if it contains the regulator for the power supply, looks like its really time for the sams cause this is the kind of troubleshooting wit h an unusual circuit that I will really need a schematic to see what's going on. it s too easy to waste a lot of time and frustration on something like this when it's kind of cryptic as to how it really works.
