Hi Murray, glad you got it, hopefully you will give us a report when you get the set.
It's a boatload of cash for sure, but you're right, condition is everything and sets like this just don't come around often, it looks almost NOS!
I noticed there are washers? between the chassis and the cabinet, never seen that on any set before, just one of those little details that get lost over the years.
