Thanks for the responses, this gives me some ideas. I’m going to recheck the grid divider resistors, 1.5M, 820k and possibly manipulate the 820k to adjust the bias etc. if needed. I’m pretty sure the other circuits using this 150V are ok, but I’ll make sure there’s no more than 5v across R108 to confirm this.
