They're all SS, not common, and heavy as a19" set (you'd swear they were filled with concrete).
They're susceptible to all the issues a CCII console is, but packed denser and less easy to work on.
It might still work fine. Better than 75% of CCIIs I encounter are still working.
If it produces a snowy raster with no signal it's fine.
