Even after about 5-7 minutes checking voltages you cannot touch it it’s hot but I feel the voltages are in the right area. If a mistake was made on the ballast then there should be several discrepancies in the voltages. So if later on I find that there is infact a problem with the ballast I’ll just put one together with resistors.
