TV consoles usually cost more than their value to ship so the value depends on what it's worth to those close enough to come get it themselves.
There's different types of buyers too. TV collectors care that the CRT is good as replacements for that 16GP4 are hard to find (I somehow ended up with 2 recently). Repurposers will gut the electronics and ruin it for the rest of us down the road. Decorators sometimes pay more but don't always preserve these so it could end up antique white or repurposed...
Local market value varies wildly from place to place. Here in the Midwest that's probably a $25-100 set. In California that might be a $200 TV, some other places you'll be lucky to give it away, and in some places you won't be able to give it away and will have to pay a electronic recycler ~ $30 to dispose of it since garbage men aren't allowed to take it anymore...
That's a KCS-47 chassis. I fixed one in a different cabinet once.
