Well damn! That puts the restoration work I'm doing on my CTC22 to shame! And I thought I was nuts for just pulling the boards individually... 
That really looks great. How'd you remove the rust on your chassis? Mine looks similar and I was planning on simply leaving it as-is and keeping it dry stored to minimize rust spread. But if there's a good way to get it off without essentially turning the set into a build-it-yourself kit I'd love to know!
