Leave well enuf alone. After the first ones that had an actual separate
VCR they were almost all junk & near impossable to fix for profit. Fix the
TV then find out they didnt tell you the VCR is toast too.
Anyhows when combos shuts down trying to use the VCR it means the
mechanics are NOT reaching the right mode ( position ). Watch the loading & cassette basket & belt for problems.
