Personally I'd carefully pull the chassis and do a good cleaning then triage the components replacing electrolytic and tubular paper caps while keeping a close eye for the burnt carbon resistors especially around the power handling tubes as they get baked well. I wouldn't worry about the pix emissions at this point, get the chassis stabilized first, it can be done without a manual and you have one of the best service tools in your hand... the camera on your phone.
Certainly wouldn't mind finding a set like that.
