http://myvintagetv.com/rca_trk12.htm. You might be able to make a mold from the good side and flip the new piece 180 degrees to use as replacement part to glue on to the chipped side. The new part would have to be dyed colored while mixing the solution or painted afterwards to match the color of the bakelite. You could also similarly reproduce a whole new bezel.
