I changed the caps and it works but the horizontal is unstable...I also need to install new relays for the color killer circuit (originals had open coils).
Honestly I bought this to keep it permanently and it's one of my favorite pieces. If I traded it I'd immediately be looking for another TM-21, but I don't expect I'd find another one for sale inside of a decade. Probably the only thing I'd trade it for is a 15GP22 equipped Zenith
