Yet another option, and an excellent one if the supply of 5U4 transformers available to the poster proves scarce. There may be more 1960s transformers laying around than '50s.

I suggested a 5U4 equipped donor by considering the skill level of the poster. A 5U4 transformer would take care of all filaments with just the B+ to tweak and likely a couple of holes to be relocated for mounting.

But something like this RCA, that isn't a historic piece, should be put back into operation even if requires some minor modification.
